Not on bended knee
Does the Son within me
Come to His Source,

Nor does He entreat
The Creator
For special needs.

He knows who He Is
And comes with
Praises hymn upon his
Hollowed lips.

His Song is gratitude,
And humble release,
Allowing the Father’s Will
To guide His every step.

No, not on bended knee
But with open arms
Embracing every brother
Who still believes
He wants for anything.
